These core principles of andragogy (this method acknowledges that adult learners have unique needs and experiences) include the understanding that adults are self-directed learners, bring their own experiences which we leverage in our training programmes. Our training programmes focus on relevant, real-world contexts where we emphasise problem-centred and practical learning tapping into our adults’ intrinsic motivations. 

By embracing these principles, we create tailored learning experiences that account for individual differences, situational contexts, and learning goal. This approach ensures that our training programs are not only effective but also engaging and immediately applicable to our participants’ professional and personal lives.
